Babil Directorate of Agriculture is an independent technical office
that plant welfare to everybody. It seeks to achieve the
participation of the whole agricultural sector in supporting the
national economy through raising the rates of the agricultural
production in both halves : ( plant and animal ) in addition , it
offers agricultural services to all the farmers and planters of the
governorate so as to achieve its aims in raising the income rate of
the farmers and the planters to a level that enable them to
participate effectively in developing and activating the economical
process in the country.
