The Ministry of Agriculture is one of the highborn ministries by its
history and experiences about its present and services to the Iraqi
Society.
The Ministry of Agriculture was established in 1926 and took a
regular type, in 1952 took a frame independence type. It works to
improve the Agriculture Sector and put the necessary planning to
improve it and preparing studies and researches and experiences to
update it, also treat its problems.
The ministry of Agriculture gives guidance to the farmers and others
producers towards the best application methods in Agriculture. The
ministry presents services to struggle the epidemics and
Agricultural diseases appending to animal wealth and health and
also it offers support means to the farmers by offer machines and
agriculture instruments and many seeds of different classes of
developed yields also fertilizers and helping to price and
buying some Agricultural yields by encouraging price.
