A. Rationalizing water
use, due to the decrease of water resources entering the country,
through extension means and employment of modern technology;
B. Introducing modern
irrigation systems on a large scale in order to ensure irrigation
water and decrease dependence on rainwater that changes from season
to season; and
C. Exploiting the new water and lands of the western desert and
other places.
